Emerson: My little darling loves discovering the cat's resting places.
The emotional extremes and challenging behavior of my dearest four year old unraveled me this week. What power children have over a Mother's heart. Thank goodness for the sympathetic hearts, strong shoulders and wise words of the Mothers in my 'village'. Thank goodness for my husbands patience, understanding and support. Thank goodness for Cohen's beautiful heart and our connection.
And thank goodness that these difficult phases don't tend to last too long.
